After many years in the regional press industry working for both Newsquest and Archant, Mark became director of Job Opportunities in 2000 launching recruitment titles across the country. After 3 successful years his entrepreneurial spirit led him to launch eaW Limited with his wife Judy.

In his youth Mark played for Spurs for 5 years and became a budding thespian with the National Youth Theatre appearing in the West End. Mark has continued his love of sport by playing in the Herts County Football League and acting and directing shows for local amateur groups.
